Update on Lilian Place

The yard is being cleared and road rebuilt with shell thanks to the volunteer efforts of the Daytona Police. They have done a wonderful job of clearing dead trees and junk. We have a handyman now living in one apartment who is also working on the property as well as providing security. Estimates for roof repair and bug extermination presently are being done, and we need about $58,000 in repairs to get the building safe to open to public. Please recruit members and donations so that we can reach our renovation goal.
